Whether you are buying, selling, re-mortgaging or transferring equity, you can rely on our property solicitors to provide a comprehensive and client friendly service. Our transparent costs are competitive and we deal with each transaction with the utmost professionalism.
We will provide as much assistance and guidance through the entire process as you require. This includes an explanation of the main terms of the land registry title, going through the relevant replies to standard property enquiries and highlighting the key issues arising from the searches. We work with most of the main lenders and understand their requirements before the mortgage advance is released.
Regardless of the value of the transaction, our solicitors have experience of acting for first time buyers, residential buy-to-let investors, high net worth individuals, landed estate owners and foreign nationals. We will keep you informed of progress throughout your transaction and will do everything possible to ensure we meet your deadlines.
Our solicitors have the knowledge and expertise to ensure your transaction proceeds smoothly. We understand the importance of working as a team with the other side’s solicitors, estate agents and banks to ensure our clients’ transactions are as stress free as possible.
We are fortunate to have received many recommendations and repeat instructions over the many years our solicitors have been in practice. This is a testament to the pride we take in our work and the quality of the service our clients receive.
