Practice
Paul Mountain is a consultant with the firm and a solicitor with over 30 years’ experience as a senior construction, projects and charities lawyer.
After qualifying in 1988 and working in the City of London, Paul became a partner at a leading Midlands firm, where he founded and led a highly successful construction department for fifteen years, and then spent several years with a major international firm maintaining a busy and diverse practice.
Paul works mainly with clients in the public and charitable sectors and has particular experience of advising educational and cultural bodies on capital projects of all sizes and types, from small community projects to multi-million pound mixed-use developments.
Paul also has expertise in the governance of charities and non-profit associations and has formed several charities, including charitable companies limited by guarantee, CIOs and unincorporated trusts.
